Hi Jilan, Thanks for the message. Apologies for the delayin response. I fell ill due to sunstroke and was also busy doing my admission to the new university at the same time. Do you think we can do anything to take this idea of "creating gravity by bending of light" ahead?

Jilan liked post by btr On thread : 1/h as a coupling constant
The constraint is that alpha (the fine structure constant), being a fundamental dimensionless constant, has the same value in all systems of units. So, you can pick any three from the set ε0, c, ħ...

Jilan liked post by Useful Idiot On thread : "Mass Can be Converted to Energy"
Indeed, if one examines the optical paradigm of consensus physics, one is faced with a choice: either accept the presemioticist paradigm of the control quark context or conclude that the raison...

This post belongs in personal theories. It's a bunch of words strung together at random.

You are risking having a moderator move this thread to the personal theories forum. Being rhetorical, argumentative and pedantic is not my style so I will leave this to others. English, french,...

Jilan liked post by Useful Idiot On thread : Is there a preferred reference frame?
For every point in space, there are a number of trajectories for freely falling particles that will pass through this point. All the freely falling frames that can be attached to these particles seem...

Jilan liked post by KJW On thread : Spins
I stand corrected. However, for a single electron, there exists a direction in which the measurement of spin will produce a "yes" result with 100% certainty.

Actually, that isn't correct. SR is perfectly able to describe accelerated frames as well, it is just that those frames are not related via Lorentz transformations : Acceleration in Special...

This does not uniquely specify an inertial frame of reference. Consider two objects dropped from different heights. At a given height, both objects will be in free-fall, yet have different velocities.

By measuring samples from the collection in various directions, one can eventually locate the particular direction in which an entire sample yields "yes" upon measurement.
