    IF the modulus of the mass x charge is a constant. It means that the ratio of the up quark mass to the down quark mass is in proportional to the ratio of (the modulus) of their charges.
    If this be the case, Then it is likely that the speed of light is the 1/3 proportion, and that the energy of expansion is the 2/3
    portion.
    This would make sense in that the speed of light would be the reason behind it's constant expansion. And the "rest energy " of matter.
