Smaller black hole have less entropy and bigger temperature and vise versa.
Also more hottest object have more entropy and more temperature. My question is why the smaller black holes have more temperature and less entropy? Is it not in a contradiction with the second law of thermodynamics?

In classical thermodynamics, entropy is inversely proportional to temperature. The same applies in black hole thermodynamics. Actually, black hole thermodynamics parallels classical one. So , what is your problem?
