The universe has no limit in space or time. And it is not space-time since that muddled fusion is an Einstein-based misconception.

Light etc. just goes on until it hits something & is absorbed.

The infinite universe based on Galileo's conceptions (including Newton's infinite but almost empty universe) was a common position in the 19th century & in traditional Chinese astronomy and among the Jains in India.

The West and Monotheism generally is retarded by its belief in the finitude of the universe.

Nobody knows if the universe or space and time are finite or infinite. There are some ideas of finite and infinite universes, but none of them are supported by much evidence.
