    I'm having trouble working this equation.


    Mass: 0.138kg
    Calibration Mass: .050kg

    Dependent: radius

    We ran trials on a centripetal apparatus with varying radii and timed the rotation periods, then plotted T^2 and radius, found best fit line, and then slope.

    Slope = 16.5

    Measured centripetal force= .050*9.8 = .490 N

    Where I am having trouble is applying the Cent Force formula F=4(pi^2)rM/T^2 to solve for T^2 and then find F.

    Went to TA but we ran out of time and I am still lost...
